Specifications:
Fabricated on heavy duty mild steel channel, sheets and angle frame of double walled,gap between walls filled by glass/mineral wool. Heating zones having size according to the stage of ordered dryer. Wire mashed conveyor belt of 32" wide driven on roles with the help of chains and gears in three stage for continuous drying system to dry soyabari with complete auto heat controlled by thermostatic & auto cut on / off switches for heaters, blower and main motor etc.also provided dial/digital thermostate and indicators. Main control drive by 2 HP motor and Gear box driven on chain & fry wheels.
BY DIESEL/OIL FIRING:-In this system heat generated in a specially designed and fabricated chamber in heavy duty miled steel & stainless steel sheets in double walled with heat protection insulation by diesel firing with the imported burner Benton/Rellio make. (Approx size of L-14',W-48",H-72")
